Produce API Group II Water Color Odorless Oil Regeneration Plant
Why do we recycle waste lube oil?
From the point of view of saving resources and protecting the environment, the refining of used lubricating oil is an economically attractive recycling method. It allows hazardous substances to be processed in a safe and efficient manner to recover high-quality petroleum products such as LPG, gasoline, diesel, base oils, etc.
This leads to a strong economic incentive to recycle, given the price of oil.
Through Purepath's uniquely designed vacuum distillation unit, waste oil re-refining can produce Group I and Group II base oils or VGO, which can be used as near-pure lubricating oils in refineries.
Used lubricating oil is usually a mixture of different types and grades of used lubricating oil from engine crankcases and industrial users. Used lubricants consist of large quantities of small-batch lubricants collected by garages, repair shops, haulage companies and industry, depending on local conditions, seasonal consumption, collection source and organization.
