Product Description of Oil Recycling Plant to API Group I&II Base Oil
PurePath PPGT-BP series waste oil recovery plant recycles used engine oil into light yellow base oil with a color frame of 1-1.5 and a flash point of over 180°C. It can not only remove impurities in water, but also remove harmful substances such as carbon, heavy metals, oxides, and colloids and asphalt. The recovered base oils we get from the machine range from SN70~SN500, and typical base oil products such as SN150, SN250, SN350, SN500, etc.
The equipment uses vacuum distillation technology to flocculate, passivate, absorb and eliminate impurities and harmful pollutants through physical and chemical actions. A new type of chemical basic composite catalyst is used to assist physical and chemical effects, and also helps to remove some organic acids and improve the quality of base oil.
PPGT-BP Waste Engine Oil Distillation Machine is used to define different kinds of waste engine oil, transformer oil, industrial lubricating oil, etc. to clean the base oil.
