Product Description of Waste Oil to Diesel Recycling Machine

 

PPGT-LP series is applicable to produce quality diesel by cracking oil such as waste engine oil, motor oil, heavy fuel, marine oil, sludge and various lubricating oils. After our machines recycle, the waste oil can be turned into clean diesel. It can be directly used in ships, trucks, generators, etc.

 

 

Technical Process Description of Waste Oil to Diesel Recycling Machine

  1. The feed of spent oil is pumped to the mixing tank.
  2. The waste oil will be mixed and flocculated with liquid additives in the mixing tank to remove solid impurities and mixed oil.
  3. The pretreated waste oil is transferred to a thin film evaporator, where the oil will be heated, and the remaining moisture and light hydrocarbons will be further effectively separated from the waste oil.
  4. Then, the waste oil will be sent to the reactor for further processing.
  5. The oil in the reactor will be heated, and at the same time, the steam will enter the adsorption column, where colloids, asphaltenes and sulfur are removed, and then flow through the desulfurization column for further desulfurization.
  6. The mixed oil products will be separated by gas-liquid mass transfer in the fractionation tower to produce gasoline and diesel respectively.
  7. The different fractions of the oil are finally filtered through a refining system to improve color and oxidation stability.
  8. The synthesis gas produced by the whole system will be purified and filtered through a combination of spray tower, ultraviolet photolysis device and activated carbon adsorbent process, and the exhaust gas will be colorless, odorless and harmless.
