For a clearer and purer distillate there is the option of true continuous fractional distillation and further PurePath dedicated desulfurization systems. Before the distillation process begins, we also highlight an equally important step that precedes pyrolysis distillation. Simultaneous pretreatment of solid removal and dehydration and deoiling processes can also improve the quality and purity of the oil and improve work efficiency.

Performances of recycled diesel from Lube Oil Recycling Plant
Waste oil after fractional distillation, about 85% to 90% of premium diesel products are produced, and the output varies also according to the impurity content of waste oil. The diesel produced is low sulfur diesel with good performance and high purity, which can be used in engines, internal combustion engines and other agricultural machinery etc..

There will be no smell at all as the gas produced by PPGT-LP Used Oil Recycling Machine will be purified by our exclusive tail gas purification unit before emission.
What is the yield of this distillation system?
Typically the yield of our distillation system is between 85-93.1% (depending on variations of water content, light HC and others ingredients from waste oil.)
