PurePath PPGT-BP Series Waste Oil Recycling Plant is to recycle used engine oil as the light yellow base oil, the color stand is formed 1-1.5, flash point is more than180℃. It could not only remove the water impurities, but also remove carbon, heavy metal, oxides as well as bad substance as colloid and bitumen, the recycled base oil we get from the machine ranges from SN70~SN500, typical base oil products like SN150, SN250, SN350,SN500 etc.
This equipment adopts vacuum distillation technology, and physicochemical actions to flocculate,passivate, absorb and eliminate impurities and harmful contamination. A new chemical alkaline complex catalyst is used to assist the physicochemical action, it also helps to remove some organic acid and upgrade the base oil quality.
