Product Description of Tray Fractional Pyrolysis Oil Distillation Plant
PPGT-LP series is applicable to produce quality diesel by cracking oil such as waste engine oil, motor oil, heavy fuel, marine oil, sludge and various lubricating oils. After our machines recycle, the waste oil can be turned into clean diesel. It can be directly used in ships, trucks, generators, etc.
Technical Working Process of Tray Fractional Pyrolysis Oil Distillation Plant
The working process from waste oil to standard clean diesel distillation refining machine is to pump the waste oil into the distillation kettle or continuous furnace after pretreatment for water and LGO stripping, and start heating for cracking or fractional distillation. When the temperature reaches 100 ℃ - 170 ℃, the water and LGO components can be distilled. When the temperature reaches 230 ℃ - 420 ℃, the light and heavy components are converted from steam to diesel oil after efficient catalytic cracking. Finally, the collected diesel liquid is filtered or re-refined to high-quality finished diesel.

The highest recovery rate was 90-95%. Gasoline 5-7%, diesel 85-90%.
2) Easy to operate
PPGT-LP oil recycling machines are easy to operate with Siemens PLC automatic control to low operation cost. They can be operated by only 1-2 workers.
3) Multiple black oil feed
PPGT-LP oil recycling machines can recycle all kinds of waste black diesel, waste engine oil, waste motor oil, waste mineral oil and almost all used industrial oils into diesel. Cracked oil can be used as industrial or civil fuel, and even drive engine fuel.
4) High efficiency cracking catalyst
PurePath specially formulated cracking and desulfurization catalyst is with high efficient. It has a good effect on pour point reduction and desulfurization for final diesel product.
