Solvent extraction function as removal of majority of the aromatics and undesirable components of oil distillates by liquid extraction. For those waste oil without solid particle, variety of recycled or crude base oil, vacuum side streams, acid-refined oil, black diesel oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste transformer oil and waste mineral oil are able to be refined to new oil in water color and outstanding performance. Particularly in application of base oil, the refined base oil can meet or approach to the API II standard in parameter of viscosity, viscosity index, acid value, carbon residue, demulsification value, pour point, saturated hydrocarbon, similar to hydrofinishing base oil.

Efficient Centrifugal Extractor of Outdoor Use Base Oil Desulfurization Plant
The principle of high-speed centrifugal contactor is: two immiscible solutions with different densities are pumped into the extractor through two inlets respectively, and then quickly mixed in the gap between the cylinder and the shell. The mixed liquid enters the cylinder through the inlet at the bottom of the cylinder, accelerating the heavy phase to be thrown to the side of the drum. The light phase is located inside the heavy phase, the two-phase interface is located between the light phase outlet and the heavy phase underflow channel, and the heavy phase underflow channel is located in the upper part of the separation zone composed of heavy phase enthalpy.
